Rachel is responsible for managing staff at all three of our offices, their work loads, training, and working with the HR Manager to coordinate employee evaluations as well as manage personnel issues. She reviews financial statements, marketing and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determines areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Rachel also works closely with the principals of ELS regarding financial updates, budget reports and personnel matters which ensures that the owners are involved in company policy decisions.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?
Dinner conversations can be difficult sometimes and I’m not always the best conversation starter. So, how about dinner with the comedian Jim Gaffigan, he’d keep the conversation lively.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
It’s “I’ve seen that” NOT “I seen that”, get it right!
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would be an astronaut on a space mission!
