Guy has 18 years of management and financial experience. He comes to ELS after spending 10 years at the Port of Ilwaco, initially serving as Finance Director followed by 8 ½ years as Port Manager. His duties at ELS include contributing financial and HR knowledge, research, and reporting to support team decisions and strategic plans. Guy has fiduciary responsibility for the company and works closely with key executives. He is also responsible for managing both scientific, and administrative staff at all four of our offices, and providing leadership mentoring that is hands-on and critical for our company’s success. Guy understands the environmental challenges and opportunities that our clients face and will inspire our ELS team with his humility, steadfast management, and good humor.
