Happy workaversary to a very special ELS employee, Toni Skreen! 🎉 Toni is celebrating 17 years with our company as our Office and IT Manager. She is the fixer of all things! This is one for the #FieldFindFriday books! Biologist Brenda stumbled across squid eggs while completing some field work along the Kitsap peninsula. Sometimes throughout the spring and early summer, ocean upwelling will displace squid eggs by washing them in with the tides. Each female squid may lay up to 12 egg capsules. Today our staff dedicated a portion of the day to get their CPR cards re-certified! The safety of our staff remains a top priority for ELS. CPR certifications give them the necessary training to make the right decisions in the event of a cardiac emergency while in the field with their coworkers or within their personal lives. #education #cprtraining ... We can't end the month of August without recognizing another staunch ELS leader, Karey Bock! This month she is celebrating 18 years with this company as an owner, Senior Biologist, and our mitigation banking expert.
