Timely payments help keep your project on schedule. ELS now uses Bill & Pay—a secure online platform that allows you to view invoices, track payments, and pay online using debit card, credit card, or electronic check.
Important Notes About Online Payments
- All clients (new and existing) can now set up a Bill & Pay account to make online payments.
- Credit card payments include a 3% convenience fee.
- Electronic check (e-check) payments are free.
New Clients
After signing your contract with your Project Manager, if a prepayment is required:
- Call the ELS office at (360) 578-1371 to make the pre-payment by phone.
- Once payment is received, you’ll receive an invitation email from Bill & Pay to create your account.
Note: This email may be filtered into your junk or spam folder. - Follow the link to set up your username and password and confirm your contact email(s).
From your account dashboard, you can:
- View current and past invoices
- Track payments made, pending, or late
- Make prepayments and partial payments for finance charges by entering your amount in the 'Additional Amount' field.
