Ecological Land Services has assisted our company, Habitat Bank LLC. for over ten years in the permitting, design and development of Wetland and Conservation Mitigation Bank Projects. We rely heavily on their extensive experience and capabilities in the field and in the office, to bring our projects through the permitting and design review process. We also rely on ELS and their staff and crew to manage, monitor and perform maintenance on our existing projects, in order to bring them to a successful finished product. Recently ELS crews planted over 50,000 trees and shrubs on our newly permitted Coweeman River Mitigation Bank Project. It is no easy task working with multiple agencies and multiple permit tracks when there are environmental issues associated with a development project. To this extent ELS understands these processes very well and maximizes efficiencies to bring a solution to their clients. One critical aspect of the development community and the regulatory community is being well respected. We have seen how ELS staff are well respected in the areas that they work in which helps us and our projects.

ELS is well versed in local laws and issues, current on regulations and permitting policies, and certified by a number of leading professional organizations. Their ability to work collaboratively to design low impact development projects and sustainable landscapes both within a master planning capability and project specific plans made for a faster turnaround and a smoother, more efficient process. We would highly recommend their expertise.
