Lacey has played a key roll in numerous wetland projects including delineations, mitigations, habitat assessments, critical areas reports, mitigation design, preparing mitigation plans and restoration plans. She has also worked on several projects that included shoreline substantial development permits, conditional use permits, shoreline exemptions and violations. Lacey is well versed in working with state agencies and adapts quickly to any project.

What do you like most about working at ELS?

The variability of the job. You never know what you’re going to get next!

What’s a fear you are proud to have overcome?

My fear of eating mushrooms. Don’t judge me.

What is something about yourself that might surprise others?

That I’ve never seen any of the Rocky Balboa movies.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?

To have unlimited funds. That’s a superpower, right?

What is the worst advice you have ever been given?

Good things come to those who wait. I’ve learned it is never good to wait, and that you have to work hard for the things that you want.
