Madison is our Human Resources and Relationships Manager. She manages the employee life cycle which includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and administering employee benefits. She also assists with performance management and managing company policies and safety while also making sure that our staff have the resources and support required to perform as expected. In addition to HR, Madison is in charge of invoicing our clients and keeping positive, helpful relationships with them. From our dedicated staff to our valuable clients, Madison is the grease that keeps our wheels turning.
What do you like most about working at ELS?
The people I work with. Everyone creates an atmosphere that is so much more than “work.” There isn’t a day where people aren’t smiling or laughing. It makes coming to work something to look forward to.
What is the 1 professional or personal skill you wish you had that you don’t?
Talking in front of people. I have a huge fear of giving presentations.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I like to prank people, so if I could have the superpower of being invisible that would make pulling jokes that much easier!
