Olivia has been with ELS since 2022 as an entry level Biologist. She earned a B.S. in environmental science from the University of Redlands and is based out of our Bremerton branch office. Since coming to work at ELS, she has worked on many shoreline, stream, and wetland projects where she has performed delineations, critical areas assessments, and OHWM delineations for Kitsap and surrounding counties. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

What do you like most about working at ELS?
The people! Getting to spend time outside isn’t bad either.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Getting stuck behind slow walkers in public.
What’s a fear you are proud to have overcome?
Fear of change. Big changes can still be scary, but I’ve learned to embrace them.
What is the worst advice you have ever been given?
To get on an electric scooter.
