Outstanding Wetland Delineation Reports

ELS has provided Williams with outstanding wetland delineation reports.  It is obvious from the detailed information on the data sheets and thorough report text that ELS understands not just the regulatory requirements but also wetland ecology.  I feel confident that the field work and reporting provided by ELS is accurate and defensible.  In addition, they have been quick to respond to last minute requests and turned around their reports and data quickly.
